Waffles - Mark's modified

Ingredients:
- 1½ cup golden malted flour
- ¼-½ cup corn starch
- 1¼-1 cup normal flour (based on corn starch)
- ~1½ teaspoons baking powder
- ~¾ teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1½ sticks butter, melted
Directions:
Mix everything except egg whites & sugar in a bowl. Beat egg white until
stuff, beat in sugar to stabilize, then fold into the batter.
