1. Grease a 15x10x1-inch baking pan; set aside. Combine egg white and 1 tsp water. Add nuts; toss to coat. Combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and 1/2 tsp salt. [I skipped the salt, and used way less sugar. Barely over 1/2 cup.] Sprinkle sugar mixture over nuts; toss to coat.
2. Spread the walnuts in the prepared pan. Bake in a 325-degree F oven for 20 minutes. Spread on a piece of waxed paper cool. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
