Stir-fried string beans with shrimp

Ingredients:
- One bunch long-beans, chopped into 2-inch chunks
- shrimp, marinated with chinese red rice vinegar + ginger
- garlic
- soy sauce
- pepper
Directions:
Heat the oil and fry finely chopped garlic. Add shrimp, stir fry
until cooked. Add beans + a dash of water; cover the wok to soften
beans. Add salt/soy sauce + pepper to taste.
