Snickerdoodle Cookies 2 (slightly different proportions, + chocolate)

Ingredients:

• ½ cup butter (i/o 1 cup)
• 1 ½ cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2¼ cups all-purpose flour (i/o 2¾)
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar (i/o 2)
• ½ teaspoon baking soda (i/o 1)
• ¼ teaspoon salt (i/o ½)
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine 1½ cups sugar and butter; beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; blend well. Add flour, cocoa, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt; mix well.
