Salmon Recipes

Ingredients:
Suggested seasonings:
- cilantro, soy sauce, dry vermouth, sesame oil, ginger.
- rosemary, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice (add 1-2 sliced lemon, sprig rosemary).
Directions:
Place salmon on cooking parchment. Add sauce/spice mixture over the
top, fold in parchment. Back at 450 until fish is slightly translucent
and wet in the thickest part. Roughly 10-15 minutes.
