Pork Fillet with Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of pork fillet, cut into thin slices
- mushrooms
- cream
Directions:
strong heat (should cook quickly). Set aside, but keep hot. Saute
sliced mushrooms separately in butter, and then add to meat with
pepper, salt, and any desired spices. Add cream, let it come to a
boil, and then serve (over rice or noodles).
