Ingredients:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar, salt and oil. Add enough flour to form a stiff dough. Knead on floured surface for 5-10 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes. Cover greased pizza pans with dough. Let rise in pan while preparing toppings.
Spread tomato sauce over crust in pan. Sprinkle with seasoning. Add desired toppings. Bake at 375-475 degrees for 15-25 minutes, or until browned to taste. (makes 1 thick or two thin)
