Korean Cheese Bread

Typically double these amounts for one load of bread machine. Wet ingredients on bottom, dry on top. Takes a longer rise, let rise to top of inside.

For rolls - divide each portion into 8 equal sub-portions, knead down into balls and place in covered pan to rise another 15 minutes. Knead down into balls again and place in baking dish, cover and let rise for 30-40 minutes more with flour. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool on rack.
