Crunch-top Apple Pie

Arrange apples evenly in pastry shell. Combine sugar, graham cracker crumbs, flour, walnuts, and cinnamon - sprinkle over apples. Pour butter evenly over topping. Bake in a 350 degree oven until crust is well-browned and apples are tender when pierced, about 1 hour. Serve at room temperature or chilled (8-9 servings). Add cream or ice cream as desired.
