Baked Sea Food Casserole

White sauce:


Line large casserole dish with rice, sprinkle with nutmeg, salt & pepper. Sprinkle with grated sharp cheese. Saute the green pepper, celery, and onion in butter. Add to pot one cup white sauce, mushrooms, mushroom soup, shrimp and crab. Follow with mayonnaise, Worcestershire, cayenne pepper. Pour contents of pot into the casserole dish, cover with buttered bread crumbs (or corn flakes, if don't have bread crumbs)

Sauce: (white sauce, joy of cooking)

Bake 40-45 min 350 degrees. (assume bake open)
