Directions:

Beat eggs and sugar until very foamy. Add anise and sifted flour. Place onto a buttered cookie sheet in small mounds with a teaspoon. Let sit overnight in a warm, dry room (e.g. in the oven), bake the next day under middle heat (200 deg?). Cookies should rise.
